On Remembrance Sunday St Andrews Pipe Band joined up with Wiltshire Caledonian Pipes and Drums in Andover.

We led the the Remembrance Sunday Parade along with Veterans, Armed Forces troops, and other uniformed groups to honour our servicemen and women.

The Parade started from Bridge Street, towards Winchester Street, ending at St Mary's Church for the Remembrance Service and wreath Laying.

The Tune : ''When the Battle’s O’er’- played probably by every Pipe Band in the world- was even more poignant today!

It is a late 19th century composition by Pipe Major William Robb, of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders. This tune entered the piping repertoire between the Boer and First World Wars.
