Shirley’s Big Green Carnival
St Andrews Pipe Band will be leading the Procession!
The Carnival is designed to be a memorial to Wayne Howard and to celebrate the eco-friendliness of the local community.
This will be a walking carnival, with participants showing their take on how to save our planet.
